The map also shows law enforcement agencies that partnered in a sister project to the NCCP, Project CLEARS (Community-Law Enforcement Alignment to Resolve Shootings). The objective of Project CLEARS is to understand factors that lead to increased case clearance and community contribution for fatal and non-fatal shootings.
